I came across Perú Fusión while walking through the walled city of Cartagena. It was the best food decision I made while in Cartagena! The complimentary bread with a side of olive oil and balsamic vinaigrette reduction was perfection. I then had the best passion fruit pisco sour I have ever had, the house garden salad, and the smoked fish on a bed of lentils. The fish was nice and flakey, and the taste was the perfect combination of sour and salty. Sadly, I only discovered this gem on my last day. Otherwise, I would have dined here again. You should definitely go if in Cartagena.
